KBR, Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager – Piping & Mechanical for a major LNG project in Port Sulphur, Louisiana.

You will lead piping and mechanical construction, coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, commissioning, and operations teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and 10+ years of construction management experience on large industrial projects, with LNG or petrochemical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience with piping and mechanical scopes on large industrial projects.
• Experience on LNG, petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, or power generation projects.
• Experience managing large field construction teams and subcontractors.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all piping and mechanical construction activities from installation through commissioning and startup.
• Coordinate piping and mechanical contractors for safe, efficient project execution.
• Oversee installation of LNG process piping, cryogenic piping, vessels, heat exchangers, and rotating equipment.
• Review work packages, isometrics, P&IDs, specs, and testing plans; participate in constructability reviews.
• Oversee hydrotesting, flushing, cleaning, leak testing, mechanical completion, and turnover.
• Monitor schedules, manpower, productivity, and construction performance; manage safety and quality.

The successful candidate will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and completion of all piping and mechanical construction activities associated with a world-class LNG facility.This role requires a proven leader with significant experience managing large-scale piping and mechanical installation scopes on LNG, petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, or other heavy industrial projects.
