The PMO - Construction Manager is a salaried, exempt position with Project Farma, a PerkinElmer company. The successful candidate will reside in the Raleigh‑Triangle market and be willing to travel domestically to meet client project requests. We accomplish this through the successful execution of high‑quality life sciences projects across the full project lifecycle. This role provides technical leadership across project management, construction execution, and operational readiness. You’ll be responsible for ensuring safe, high‑quality delivery of complex projects while supporting long‑term asset reliability and site performance objectives. The construction portfolio is approximately $100M in value.

The annual compensation range for this full‑time position is $135,000 – $185,000.
