Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction in assigned communities, ensuring quality control, cost management, and schedule adherence. You will lead site activities, supervise trade partners, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Build Pro and Procore. This role is based on-site in our Savannah communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and schedules.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and quality.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners, ensuring budget adherence.
• Coordinate communications and approvals through Build Pro and other systems.
