Lennar is hiring a Construction Manager in the United States to oversee home construction from inception to move-in, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. The role requires managing trade partners, conducting site walks, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across assigned communities.

The candidate will coordinate pre-construction activities, inspections, and final walkthroughs, while leveraging Build Pro and Procore to streamline communications and document control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in home building/construction.
• Experience in residential construction management required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Build Pro, and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities from inception to move-in, managing sites and scheduling.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress and uphold quality.
• Supervise pre-construction, pre-drywall, and final presentation meetings.
• Negotiate cost-effective resolutions with inspectors and trade partners to support budgets.
• Manage trade partner communications and invoice approvals via Build Pro.
• Ensure job-site safety and compliance with building codes; maintain safety logs.
• Perform Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan inspections as required.
