PCL Construction Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Manager in Vail, Colorado (also noted Dillon, Colorado) to lead major projects with a strong emphasis on safety, budget, schedule and client coordination.

You will oversee multiple sites, mentor teams, manage subcontracts, and contribute to pursuit efforts while ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements. A long-tenured leadership role within a 100% employee-owned environment is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Postsecondary education or training in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with multiple contract delivery types.
• Expert knowledge of safety, environment principles and construction methods for large, complex projects.
• Experience with diverse project types, delivery methods, sequencing and timelines.
• Ability to generate, review, and administer complex subcontracts and purchase orders, mitigating risks.

• Creates and influences safety culture; participates in district safety and policy.
• Provides leadership for several small projects or one large, high-complexity project; manages safety, budget, quality, schedule and profitability.
• Oversees projects to ensure work aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Leads to secure new work by contributing to bids, proposals and presentations.
• Monitors design deliverables and collaborates with clients for permits, procurement and construction.
• Attends design management meetings and communicates PCL needs to stakeholders.
• Supervises and mentors project teams across sites; manages organizational structure.
• Oversees and negotiates claims with owners and trades with senior PMs.
• Understands and manages contracts and documents.
