Due to continued growth in the Southwest, our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead major heavy industrial construction projects valued at more than $200 million.
The Construction Manager will provide overall field leadership for large-scale heavy industrial construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and project closeout. This individual will oversee field operations, project execution, scheduling, procurement coordination, safety, quality, and productivity while ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Working closely with project management, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients, the Construction Manager will establish project execution strategies, coordinate resources and lead high-performing construction teams on some of the largest and most technically challenging projects in the region.
