Compensation: Salary starting range $100,000 - $120,000, Commensurate to skills and experience.
Hours: Full-time: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm. Some travel is expected; an average of 6-8 days per month.

Maas Energy Works is the leading developer and operator of agricultural waste-to-energysystems in the United States. The Construction Manager II will collaborate with Dairy Operators and Construction Contractors to prepare job sites, oversee construction activities, ensure efficiency, maintain project timelines, exceed quality expectations, and adhere to engineered plans. Candidates must be experienced in diverse construction practices, processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent communication skills across all media are essential for this team-oriented role. Adaptability, self-motivation, and strong organizational abilities are crucial, as this position involves limited supervision in a rapidly evolving industry.

This job operates in a professional office environment and on active construction sites. Office work routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. This role combines sedentary office work with regular travel and site visits. Must be able to enter, travel in, and exit vehicles and airplanes; walk active construction sites on uneven terrain; and occasionally move objects of at least 50 lbs. Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina are required.
