Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in construction management.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
• Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to throughout the construction process.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Act as liaison between Company, Field personnel and customers.
• Maintain and report daily activities to the construction manager and project manager.
