Job summary

HazTek Safety Management is seeking a Construction Manager in Houston, TX to lead field execution and safety programs on commercial projects. You will oversee scheduling, cost control, design coordination, permitting, and site safety.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years as an Owner’s Representative in construction safety, OSHA 510/500 and CHST/CSP credentials, plus strong communication and proficiency with MS Office and PM software.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct construction safety experience serving as an Owner’s Representative.
• OSHA 510 and/or 500 certification (a plus)
• CHST or CSP certification (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of current construction safety standards and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software

Pay Range

$150,000 - $170,000/year
