Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Construction Management degree preferred.
• 4-10 years construction experience with supervisory or project oversight.
• Read blueprints and inspect framing, stucco, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Knowledge of homebuilding codes and ROC.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Hyphen knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage homebuilding construction through all phases to ensure quality homes.
• Schedule subcontractors and delivery dates for materials.
• Ensure all building codes and Meritage standards are met.
• Conduct walk-through inspections with homeowners.
• Enforce safety standards on all job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized jobsite and subdivision.
• Interact daily with departments, subcontractors, customers, and city inspectors.
• Attend construction, monthly and quarterly meetings.
