SERVPRO of Dover/Middletown is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee all construction projects, ensure high quality service, and coordinate with field teams on behalf of clients.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and prior construction management experience, with PMP certification preferred. This role offers base compensation with performance-based incentives and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Previous construction management experience required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of all construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction.
• Manage the construction team and assign leads to superintendents.
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion and budgetary requirements.
• Ensure all work complies with plans, codes, and scope of work requirements.
• Document each project including photos, contracts, change orders, etc.
• Perform end-of-day and end-of-job debriefs with superintendents.
