Job summary

Judge Direct Placement is seeking a construction-focused project professional to lead multi‑site initiatives. The role requires strong knowledge of construction management, project controls, scheduling, cost estimating, and contract administration, with hands-on guidance in budgeting, leadership, and business development.

Ideal candidates will manage multiple assignments, supervise a small project team, and provide training while ensuring client satisfaction and quality of final work products

Qualifications

• B.S. in industry-related field preferred.
• Professional registration and other job-relevant certifications such as CCM, CCE, or advanced specialized technical knowledge are strongly preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of construction, principles of construction management and project controls, with specialized knowledge in scheduling, cost estimating, documentation, contract administration, construction techniques.
• Some knowledge of personnel and project management techniques including budgeting, leadership, training, and business development is required.
• Direct client contact and client care. Operates at expert level in one or more service areas with responsibility for final work product.
• Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Capable of managing a team small project team.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
• Ability to analyze and optimize internal and external processes.
• Able to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions.
• Ability to safely navigate construction work sites with uneven terrain.
• Generally able to work independently and determine solutions.
• Provide training to less experienced personnel.
• Assist in managing the profitability of projects and their forecasted budgets.
• Receives overall guidance on emphasis and approach.
• Capable of supervising individuals and teams.
