Construction Manager – Capital Projects Team
Industrial Construction | Manufacturing Facility Projects
Location: Remote to start | Travel Required: ~70%

About the Role

Bridor USA is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our Capital Projects Team. This key position will serve as the on-site leader for our industrial construction projects, ensuring all work is executed safely, on time, and within budget

The role requires significant travel—approximately 3 weeks per month—between Salt Lake City, UT, and Lancaster, TX. Proximity to either location is Relocation to Lancaster, TX may be required in 2029.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction activities for current projects in Salt Lake City, UT, and Vineland, NJ, with new projects launching soon in Lancaster, TX

  • Act as the on-site construction manager, ensuring work meets specifications, timelines, and budgets

  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop and maintain building standards

  • Support production line testing, startup, and process installations

  • Manage subcontractors from bid evaluation through project completion

  • Maintain project schedules and budgets while enforcing safety standards

  • Promote collaboration and clear communication across internal teams

First 90 Days: What Success Looks Like
  • Monitor and resolve issues on ongoing projects in Utah, Texas, and New Jersey

  • Ensure building and utility readiness milestones are met for production line startup

  • Build strong working relationships with Engineering and contractor teams

You will collaborate closely with Design, Process, and Packaging Engineers and report directly to the Capital Projects Engineering Leader. The team operates within a culture that emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and cross-functional alignment.

Required Qualifications
  • Construction Project Manager with 4–7 years of experience managing large industrial or manufacturing facility construction projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related STEM field

  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experienced in contractor management, bid evaluation, and project oversight

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% (approx. 3 weeks per month) between Salt Lake City, UT, and Lancaster, TX

Qualifications
  • Experience with Food & Beverage construction projects

  • Knowledge of industrial project management methodologies

  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and risk management practices

  • Familiarity with food safety and clean design construction standards

  • Ability to establish and enforce job site safety policies

  • Based near Dallas, TX or Salt Lake City, UT
