Consertus is seeking a Construction Manager for a Federal project in the New York City Metropolitan Area to oversee field inspections, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with A/E and contractors. Responsibilities include documenting inspections, preparing reports, and tracking defects and deviations from contract documents.
Required are 8+ years of relevant experience, ability to pass HSPD-12, and strong knowledge of construction practices, drawings, and safety requirements.

Consertus is currently looking for a Construction Manager for our Federal group working onsite on a project in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring work performed by the Program Management staff is following quality standards and that the A/E and construction contractors are following their quality standards. The Construction Manager will document inspections and submit recommendations to GSA for approval or rejection of work in place. Inspection services include, but are not limited to, adherence to construction documents and contract requirements. Some work on the this project will occur outside typical business hours (8 am to 5 pm).
