Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the company's LHI construction process for new facility development, acquisitions, conversions, and existing facilities. You will manage capital (Leasehold) projects to ensure timely, quality results within budget, collaborating with regional operations.

The role requires a college degree and about 5 years of construction management experience, with strong communication, attention to detail, and travel.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 5 years' construction management experience preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Negotiation skills required.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain zoning and use due diligence information for property use and permits.
• Obtain leasehold improvement bids and assist with budgeting.
• Complete projects on time while ensuring quality control.
• Coordinate with regional operations for new construction, relocations, remodels and retrofits.
• Select architects/engineers and prepare plans; visit sites to monitor performance.
