These services include site acquisition, design, and construction, to full operations, maintenance, and deconstruction.

Position Summary

Our graduate hire positions are for recent graduates seeking to launch their careers. Regional programs and opportunities are available across various fields. We likely have an opportunity that's just right for you.

The selected candidate will be assigned to one of our functional groups in an Entry Level Construction Management position and will assist with estimating, cost control, forecasting, trend analysis, change order control, risk assessment and management, forensic schedule analysis, earned value management, progress measurement/reporting, productivity analysis, subcontractor management, schedule development, progress reporting, vendor management, field engineering, site safety, and overall product quality.

Join our team at the Niles, IL office on a wireless telecom project, assisting with engineering and constructing the expansion of a wireless network. The position will primarily work remotely but may require meetings in the office as needed.

Note: Only local candidates will be considered, as this position supports projects in the Chicago, IL market. No relocation assistance is available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Construction management, electronics, technical certification, or similar in a 2-year+ program.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Local candidates only.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with project team members.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
