Job summary

Rinvio is seeking a Construction Manager - Electrical for a large hyperscale data center project in Wichita Falls, TX. This is an on-site role with an expected schedule of 50 hours per week and a competitive pay range of $100.00 - $135.00 per hour based on experience.

Rinvio is hiring a Construction Manager - Electrical for a large hyperscale data center construction program in the Wichita Falls, TX region. This is an on-site contract role with an expected 50-hour/week schedule.

Pay: $100.00 - $135.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Schedule: 50 hours/week expected.

Project: Large hyperscale data center build. Client and exact site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

What you will do:

• Own or support electrical construction package oversight, field execution, schedule, manpower, QA, and turnover.
• Coordinate daily with field leadership, trade partners, engineers, QA/QC, safety, commissioning, and project controls.
• Keep project documentation current, accurate, and useful for field execution and turnover.
• Track issues, constraints, changes, inspections, and closeout items through resolution.
• Support a high-urgency hyperscale data center build without exposing client or project-identifying details publicly.

What we are looking for:

• Experience leading scope, cost, schedule, change, and field coordination on complex construction work.
• Comfort working with RFIs, submittals, drawings, schedules, procurement logs, and project controls.
• Large commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction experience.
• Able to work on site in the Wichita Falls, TX region on a 50-hour/week project schedule.
• Strong documentation habits, safety awareness, and ability to coordinate across trades.
