Job summary

SIRIS LLC is seeking a motivated Construction Manager to support an EHRM modernization project for the Department of Veteran’s Affairs at the Tampa VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL. You will report to the Program Director and collaborate with VA staff to manage construction activities, generate reports, and serve as the client’s representative.

Responsibilities include monitoring budgets and cost accounting, maintaining project schedules, conducting progress meetings, and assisting in issue

Qualifications

• The Construction Manager should demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of project controls, scheduling, and cost reporting is required.
• Ability to use multiple software tools to track progress, budgets, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project financial data, budget accounting, change orders, and costs.
• Maintain project scheduling, coordinate with general contractor and CM schedules.
• Lead or participate in weekly project meetings to review progress and payment requirements.
• Document issues, conflicts, and resolutions; support client in dispute resolution.
• Oversee testing and inspection activities; ensure QA/QC on site.
• Prepare marked-up drawings, site inspections, and as-built documentation.
