Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee data center construction and renovations within active facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of construction management experience.
• Experience in active, mission-critical facilities such as data centers.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and fire protection systems in data center environments.
• Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project for scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage construction projects including data hall build-outs, infrastructure upgrades, and facility expansions within operational data centers.
• Coordinate with electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and low-voltage contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans while minimizing operational disruption.
• Conduct safety meetings and enforce safety protocols for construction in active data centers.
• Collaborate with data center operations teams to schedule work during maintenance windows and outages.
• Manage contractor relationships, review submittals, and ensure compliance with standards.
