STV is seeking a Construction Manager to join our Construction Management team onsite with an aviation client in the Austin, TX area. The role oversees design and construction within approved budgets, coordinating field activities, schedules, safety programs, and QA/QC to meet project specifications.
Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating meetings (OAC and pre-construction), managing change, and reporting progress on scope, schedule, and cost.

Summary: The Construction Manager will be part of the team responsible for the management of Aviation Projects. The Construction Manager will manage overall project objectives including design and construction within approved budgets. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities in the field, managing and coordinating the flow of information, controlling costs, managing and controlling the schedule, monitoring the safety programs, as well as verifying that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents.
