You will work closely with the Senior Construction Manager, manage trades, and drive a growth track to Construction Manager as the team delivers homes valued at $2–$5 million in north Palm Beach County.

Qualifications

• Local to Palm Beach Gardens / West Palm Beach metro
• Able to travel throughout north Palm Beach county to projects
• Ideally 2 years of construction experience either at the trade or general contractor level

Job Title: Construction Manager / Assistant Superintendent

Company Profile:Luxury / Custom Homes ($2 – $5 million) locally in Palm Beach County

Responsibilities:Work closely with Senior Construction Manager to manage projects

Compensation:Up to $80k base annual bonus

We’re a privately owned real estate development firm in Palm Beach County and are currently building spec homes from $2 – $5 million.

We focus our time on acquiring existing homes & then developing higher end custom homes for resale primarily in the north end of Palm Beach County.
