What you will be doing

This position is responsible for executing the demolition and site preparation construction activities that will prepare the former Automotive Catalyst facilities for CMO installation.

  • Troubleshoot and manage repair projects.
  • Prepare progress and budget adherence reports
  • Maintain the facility’s cleanliness in accordance with established visual and lean methods

Who we are looking for

Education:

  • BS degree in Construction Management or Engineering

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience
  • Construction Management
  • Knowledge of Relevant Standards – NFPA, OSHA, ISO
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to interact with various levels of people within the Plant and Contractors
  • High stress tolerance
  • Good level of communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leader
  • Outcome focused, when balancing a number of priorities
  • High regard to Health and Safety
