Related Group, a leader in luxury metropolitan developments, seeks a Construction Manager to oversee design and construction from preconstruction through closeout. You will lead a field-office team, coordinate negotiations with GC and subcontractors, and ensure timely permits and robust cost control on a large multi-tower project in South Florida.

The Construction Manager (CM) acts as a key leader during the design and construction process of a project including overall planning, management, coordination, and control of a project through completion. The CM role is aimed at meeting the project’s requirements to produce a functionally and financially viable project. Overseeing all phases of the budget, estimating, pre‑construction, preliminary design development, preparation of construction documents and specifications, project planning, scheduling, budget control, and quality assurance. Also plays an active role in contract negotiations with General Contractors and vendors. This project is a large multi‑tower luxury marquee project in South Florida.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, Civil Engineering or Architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam. Knowledge and ability to perform “Take‑offs” & Estimates with On‑Screen Take‑off or Bluebeam Software. Mastery of Procore or other Project Management Software. Proficient in MS Projects or Primavera P6 Scheduling Software.
Minimum of 10 – 20 years of work experience as project manager in luxury condominium industry. Strong Excel skills; Self‑starter and ability to stay on task. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
