GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking a Construction Manager to provide on-site technical, safety, and quality oversight for a large utility-scale solar EPC project. You will serve as the Owner’s primary on-site representative.

Reporting to the Owner’s Project Manager, you will manage field teams, review drawings, monitor schedule, and drive turnover readiness through substantial completion.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of construction oversight on utility-scale projects or heavy civil infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of EPC contract structures and safety plans (JHAs, SWPPP).
• Ability to read civil/electrical drawings and coordinate with EPC contractors.

A dynamic and critical position has arisen for a Construction Manager to join a leading owner's engineering and project delivery organization.

In this role, you will report directly to the Owner's Project Manager and deliver daily on-site technical, safety, and quality oversight of EPC construction activities for a massive 300+ MW solar PV project.

The successful Construction Manager will:

• Possess 5+ years of construction oversight experience on utility-scale solar or heavy civil/electrical infrastructure projects, ideally backed by a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent field experience).
• Bring a strong safety mindset with working knowledge of EPC contract structures, Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), site-specific safety plans, and environmental compliance (SWPPP, stormwater, dust control).
• Demonstrate strong technical competency in interpreting civil, electrical, and structural drawings, with familiarity in BOP sequencing, substations, and interconnections.
• Drive schedule and risk management by validating EPC lookaheads, tracking site progress/manpower, maintaining defects logs, and updating weekly progress reports.
• Coordinate turnover readiness, test documentation, commissioning, and punch-list completion through substantial completion and final acceptance.
