Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Telecom & Security Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of security, telecom, and low-voltage systems on large-scale semiconductor and high-tech projects.

You will oversee subcontractors, field operations, safety, quality, scheduling, commissioning, and turnover from preconstruction through project handover, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with specs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience in telecom, low-voltage, security, or electrical systems.
• Experience on semiconductor, industrial, mission-critical, data center, or high-tech manufacturing projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Primavera P6, and MS Office.

Job description

We are seeking a Telecom & Security Construction Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of security, telecom, and low-voltage systems for large-scale semiconductor and high-tech construction projects. This role will oversee subcontractors, field operations, safety, quality, scheduling, commissioning, and project delivery from preconstruction through turnover.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of construction management experience supporting telecom, low-voltage, security, or electrical systems.
• Experience on semiconductor, industrial, mission-critical, data center, or high-tech manufacturing projects.
• Strong experience with: Security Systems (Access Control, CCTV, Video Surveillance), RFID Systems, Fiber Optic Infrastructure, Cat6 Structured Cabling, DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), ERCCS Systems, Gas Detection Systems
• Experience managing subcontractors, field installation teams, commissioning, QA/QC, and project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera P6, or similar construction management tools.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
