Hargrove Roofing is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee production operations across multiple branches. You will manage Project Managers, enforce procedures, drive quality control, resolve warranty issues, and ensure jobs move efficiently from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Construction management or roofing production leadership experience.
• Experience managing crews, Project Managers, and multiple job sites.
• Strong knowledge of residential roofing systems, safety standards, and quality control.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and inspect steep or multi-story roofs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Project Managers across multiple branches and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Enforce safety standards and company expectations; maintain quality control across jobs.
• Onboard and train new Project Managers and promote cross-team communication.
• Lead quarterly Project Manager meetings and coordinate with Sales and Production teams.
• Monitor weather impacts and manage schedules to avoid delays or issues.
• Handle warranty issues and coordinate inspections with a focus on customer service.
• Utilize AccuLynx, CompanyCam, EagleView, Hover and Hail Recon to document and track progress.

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee production operations across multiple branches. This leadership role is responsible for managing Project Managers, enforcing company procedures, driving quality control, resolving warranty issues, and ensuring jobs move efficiently from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Production & Team Leadership

• Lead and support Project Managers across multiple branches
• Enforce build procedures, safety standards, and company expectations
• Onboard and train new Project Managers
• Foster strong communication between Sales and Production teams
• Lead quarterly Project Manager meetings
• Manage on-call schedules and crew deductions

Quality Control & Operations

• Maintain and enforce company quality standards
• Audit jobs and branches for compliance, documentation, and photo requirements
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and drive jobs to completion
• Work closely with scheduling teams to avoid delays and production issues
• Monitor weather conditions and proactively manage active projects

Warranty & Customer Resolution

• Handle escalated warranty and repair issues
• Investigate claims thoroughly and document findings
• Coordinate inspections and solutions while maintaining exceptional customer service

Systems & Technology

• Utilize AccuLynx, CompanyCam, EagleView, Hover, and Hail Recon
• Ensure proper documentation and communication across all active jobs
• Track tasks, change orders, and project updates

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $75,000 annually

Bonus Opportunity: Quarterly performance bonuses
