Freese and Nichols is seeking a Construction Manager in Raleigh, NC to administer construction contracts on water and facilities infrastructure projects. You will observe, inspect, and report on field activities to verify conformity with plans and specs, and coordinate with design teams and clients.
Responsibilities include managing change orders, schedules, RFIs, submittals, pay requests, progress meetings, and closeout activities while mentoring junior staff.
