Job summary

Viperion Tech, LLC seeks a Construction Manager (Title II Services) to provide on-site construction management, quality assurance, and contract administration for Luke AFB projects. The role is contingent upon award and focuses on meeting Air Force standards and user requirements.

Responsibilities include overseeing progress, managing change requests, coordinating inspections, and preparing regular construction reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5 years CM experience, or 10 years in commercial construction inspection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2024, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks.

• Conduct construction observation, progress reporting, and manage change requests.
• Ensure construction meets Air Force standards and user requirements.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and coordinate inspection/testing schedules.
• Oversee contractor quality control and recommend progress payments.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and briefings for senior leadership.

Summary:

Provides on-site construction management, quality assurance, and contract administration for awarded construction projects at Luke AFB. Contingent upon award.
