Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Construction Manager to lead Federal Solutions projects. You’ll oversee contract modifications, help prepare scopes of work for RFPs, and review contractor proposals to ensure compliance and safety.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction and 10+ years of field experience on large civil or industrial projects, at domestic or international sites. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Participates in all phases of the contract modification process.

• Reviews contractors’ proposals

• Participates in or conducts negotiations

• Assists in preparation of contract modification documentation.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience)

• 10+ years of experience in field construction is required.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring :

• Experience in the construction of large civil/structural and/or industrial projects at domestic and/or foreign locations is preferred.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
