Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee large-scale capital projects in electric power generation facilities. You will lead on-site construction management, coordinate between client project managers and plant personnel, and champion safety across all field activities.

Responsibilities include interfacing with contractors and owners' engineers and supporting project development functions to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence on complex industrial sites.

Qualifications

• Ideally 10 years of experience in industrial facility construction.
• Experience with facilities controls projects (MCCs, control cabinets).
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Familiarity with combined cycle or power generation facilities.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment (conduit routing, wiring, controls).
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certification.

Skills and Requirements

• Ideally 10 years of experience managing construction of industrial facilities (not looking for candidates from a residential construction background)
• Experience and understanding of projects supporting facilities controls (motor control centers/MCCs, control cabinets, etc.)
• Understanding of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Teams)
• Familiarity with combined cycle or power generation facilities
• Familiarity with related industrial equipment (boilers, chillers, etc.)
• Related electrical equipment knowledge (conduit routing, wiring, controls)
• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 certification
