Applicants should have proven carrier experience, strong leadership, and hands-on testing skills for OTDR, Fiberscope, Sweep, and PIM. Travel across assigned regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with major carrier networks (e.g., T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon).
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating multiple teams.
• Ability to plan and manage projects from field to office.
• Strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Tracking and submitting project documentation and closeouts.
• Hands-on use of fiber optic/RF test equipment (OTDR, Fiberscope, Sweep, PIM).

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecommunications construction projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate field crews and schedules to meet milestones.
• Manage project documentation and compliance requirements.
• Communicate with clients and vendors to align expectations.
• Perform or supervise OTDR, fiberscope, sweep, and PIM tests as needed.
• Travel across assigned regions to sites and offices as required.

Vezha Telecom LLC is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our telecommunications projects.

Locations

Mid West, East Coast, and Southern US (depending on availability).

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience working with major carriers such as T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others.
• Team Leadership: Strong experience in managing and coordinating multiple field crews.
• Project Management: Ability to manage the workflow and project execution both on the job site and from the office as needed.
• Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
• Document Control: Tracking, receiving, and submitting required project documentation and closeouts.
• Testing Equipment Proficiency: Hands‑on ability to work with testing equipment for fiber optic and RF cables, including performing OTDR tests, Fiberscope tests, Sweep tests, PIM tests, and more.
• Willingness to Travel: Readiness for long work days and constant travel across the assigned regions.
