Job summary

Teklysium Inc. in Hayward, CA, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee horizontal and vertical construction of multifamily residential communities, including townhomes and multi-story attached homes.

You will manage subcontractors and trade partners, develop and maintain schedules, monitor budgets, ensure quality, and enforce site safety in compliance with Cal/OSHA and building codes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing multifamily residential construction.
• Experience with townhome and multi-story attached residential construction.
• Experience with production or infill homebuilders preferred.
• Knowledge of horizontal site development and vertical construction.
• Familiarity with California building codes, Cal/OSHA, and SWPPP.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong subcontractor management, scheduling, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
