Job summary

SAK Construction, LLC seeks a Construction Manager in Detroit, MI to lead trenchless rehabilitation projects, coordinating excavation, bypass pumping, erosion control, and trenchless methods across diverse crews. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery on complex water infrastructure projects.

Requirements include a minimum of 3 years in related roles such as field superintendent or project engineer; a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field supervision, foreman, project engineer, field engineer, or project coordinator roles in construction.
• Willingness to travel based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate rehabilitation and repair of sewer and storm water pipes including excavation, site access, erosion control, bypass pumping, and trenchless rehabilitation activities.
• Lead coordination with Project Managers, subcontractors and field crews to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Oversee construction activities in Detroit, MI to meet quality, schedule and budget targets.

We ask that:

• You bringa minimum of 3 years of experience in a field superintendent, Foreman, project engineer, field engineer, or project coordinator role in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Travel required based on operational needs.
