Job summary

Imagination Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to lead homebuilding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery within budget.

You will coordinate trades, suppliers, and inspections, communicate with homebuyers and internal teams, and drive a culture of accountability and excellence on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production homebuilding.
• Knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects.
• A hands-on, detail-driven approach and the ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of home construction and ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections for a safe, compliant job site.
• Communicate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to set expectations and updates.
• Review blueprints and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep projects running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coach trade partners, mentor team members, and maintain a solution-oriented culture.

As a Construction Manager at Imagination Homes, you’ll be the driving force behind delivering beautifully built homes on time, on budget, and up to our high standards of excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring each home meets Imagination Homes’ quality standards and is delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant job site.
• Communicate regularly with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates, set expectations, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.
• Review blueprints, construction documents, and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners effectively.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports to keep every project running smoothly.
• Lead by example: coaching trade partners, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong, solution-oriented jobsite culture.
