With significant growth across the U.S., they are expanding their field operations and seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee equipment installation and project execution at customer facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on site leader who enjoys working in the field, managing teams, solving problems, and taking ownership of complex installation projects.

  • Plan and coordinate site activities, resources, schedules, materials, and subcontractors in partnership with project management teams.
  • Supervise installation, assembly, commissioning, startup, and qualification activities.

  • Provide on‑site training and guidance to project teams and contribute to improving field execution processes.
What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment, such as pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, food manufacturing, energy, utilities, or another regulated industry.
  • Proven experience managing large installation projects and field teams.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA requirements, site safety, and safe work practices.
  • Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, startup, qualification, or similar project execution activities.
  • Ability to read and understand technical specifications, project requirements, and contractual documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast‑paced field environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, subcontractors, and international colleagues.
  • Highly self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 80% for project assignments.

  • Significant autonomy with support from an experienced global team
  • Clear potential to progress into a Service Manager/leadership position
  • Hybrid flexibility when not traveling
