Job description

Responsibilities:
  1. The Project Manager will oversee all business project management deliverables, reports, global communications, and maintain Global and Site-specific Roles and Responsibilities, including listing and monitoring all business-owned deliverables to feed the master project plan.
  2. Qualifying candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in executing pharmaceutical environment projects for the Project Engineer role and 5 to 8 years for the Project Coordinator role. Applicable safety training for the industry or at least 30 HRS OSHA certifications is required.
  3. The resource must be able to work during weekends, night shifts, and shutdowns as applicable or required (Note: Most work is during regular hours).
  4. Candidates must be capable of reading and interpreting general construction drawings, P&IDs, shop drawings, submittals, sketches, RFIs, field directives, specifications, design standards, guidelines, schedules, and other construction documents to ensure compliance with project requirements at all times.
  5. Construction managers must be self-starting, with high technical knowledge, capable of working independently and with minimal supervision from the Project Manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business field and 5 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices industries.
  • PMP Certification preferred.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
