Job summary

Insight Global is seeking multiple construction managers to oversee the different scopes of work for a mega project in Boise, ID. The project is multi‑billion in budget, highly tech, and spans into 2028.

As a construction manager, you'll complete pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings to align subcontractors and trades partners, and you’ll take full ownership of your scope with thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega and/or high-tech projects.
• Experience with subcontractor bids and pre-construction activities.
• Strong project coordination and documentation skills.
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple scopes for a mega Boise project.
• Lead pre-construction tasks including buyout and drawings scrubs.
• Ensure documentation and alignment across teams and partners.
• Facilitate startup meetings with hundreds of teammates and manage RFIs.

Job description

We are looking for numerous construction managers to join our team for a large scale mission critical semiconductor project in Boise, ID. The expected duration is 12-18 months. Pay varies based on years of relevant experience, education, and other factors.

Included in total compensation:

• Total compensation at listed hourly rate varies from $220,000 and $285,000
• Base Pay (hourly rate) $60-75/hr
• $174 daily per diem paid out 7 days a week
• 50-hour work weeks (10 hours of paid time and a half)

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of construction experience on mega and/or high-tech construction projects
• Ability to work with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and others
• Experience with receiving bids from subcontractors, equipment buyout and other pre-construction activities
• Strong communication skills - ability to coordinate and rally teams of customers, internal and external stakeholders and regulatory partners
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, construction management or other relevant field of study.

As a construction manager in this role, you'll be expected to complete all pre-construction tasks including equipment buyout and scrubbing drawings to align proper subcontractors and trades partners, take full ownership of your project scope including proper documentation, alignment across all teams and partners, facilitate training, run startup meetings with 100s of teammates, review project submittal information and receive and distribute RFIs.
