Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering required.
• 5+ years on-site construction experience; 10 years preferred.
• Virginia PE license and CCM preferred.
• Familiar with VDOT standards and regulations.
• Proficiency with construction management software and materials testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex projects from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting.
• Coordinate with design teams to meet schedules and milestones.
• Ensure quality, safety and environmental standards are upheld.
• Provide evaluations and written recommendations to optimize efficiency.
• Lead project teams, run meetings, and manage project communications.
