Responsibilities

• Advance the CDM Smith brand to be recognized as a premier provider of Construction Management services.
• Work with Discipline Leaders to promote construction-related technologies and software.
• Drive year-over-year practice sales growth and expand client relationships.
• Collaborate with digital service providers to accelerate adoption of digital tools and solutions.
• Lead and mentor technical leaders and discipline specialists within the practice.
• Identify growth opportunities and foster a culture of quality and accountability within the firm.
