Triversity Construction Company in Cincinnati seeks Construction Management/Operations co-ops to gain hands-on experience across project sites and offices. You'll develop strong communication, technical, problem-solving, and organizational skills while contributing to real projects.

Daily tasks include building layout, processing submittals, expediting materials, coordinating subs, document control, and monitoring safety and quality, with exposure to project controls and other engineering tasks.

Formación

• Co-op candidates should be pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to integrate technical knowledge with hands-on field experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on project sites with layout and surveying.
• Process submittals and document control.
• Expedite materials and equipment to support schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors and workforce on site.
• Support project controls and safety/quality monitoring.

About the role

Our Construction Management/Operations Co-ops have the opportunity to experience a wide variety of responsibilities in a number of different positions on our project sites and in our corporate offices. These positions require the development of high levels of effective verbal and written communication skills, technical skills, problem solving skills, and organizational skills.

What your day-to-day will look like

Co-ops have the opportunity to assist with the following at the project site:

• Building layout (surveying)
• Process submittals
• Material and equipment expediting
• Subcontractor and workforce coordination
• Document control
• Monitoring safety and/or quality
• Project controls
• Other project engineering related tasks

What we’re looking for

Co-op candidates should be pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or other related industry degree.
