Job summary

Kennesaw State University is seeking a full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer of Construction Management in the Department of Construction Management with a preferred start date of January 2027. This nine-month contracted position is based in Georgia and involves teaching at undergraduate and graduate levels in both in-person and online formats.

The lecturer will deliver high-quality instruction across multiple CM areas, contribute to department and university service, and have assignments aligned

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Construction Management or closely related discipline is required at the time of hire.
• Alternatively, a Master's in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline is required at the time of hire.
• For graduate courses, a Terminal/Doctorate in Construction Management or related discipline is required at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Construction Management.
• Deliver high-quality instruction in both in-person and online formats at undergraduate and graduate levels in at least two specialization areas.
• Provide service to the department, college, university, and professional community.
• Assignments will be based on earned degrees and SACSCOC Faculty Credentials Guidelines.
