As an intern, you will work with project teams across preconstruction, planning, estimating, and field execution on active projects, gaining hands-on experience on site and in the office. You’ll tailor projects to your interests, learn Procore, MS Project, Accubid, and Change Order Pro, and receive real responsibilities from experienced PMs and estimators.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program in Construction Management or Project Management.
• OSHA 10 certification within the first month is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with real project planning, define scopes, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support bid strategies, cost forecasting, and resource planning.
• Research pricing for materials and subcontractors to keep bids competitive and accurate.
• Gain exposure to project management software and streamline data reporting.
