Job summary

Keeley Companies in Charlotte, NC is seeking Construction Management Interns to join our Operations Groups for Summer 2027. This internship offers hands-on exposure to active construction projects within a supportive, career-focused environment.

You will assist Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers; coordinate with subcontractors; monitor schedules; attend meetings; and help uphold Keeley’s safety culture and values while learning multiple construction tasks.

Qualifications

• In the process of obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Intuitive listener with high aptitude for learning.
• Desire to learn multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support Vice Presidents, Project Managers, and Project Engineers for multiple construction projects.
• Coordinate with Subcontractors and monitor field work.
• Communicate with Superintendents and Project Managers on the job.
• Review and update project schedules.
• Attend project meetings.
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects.
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies.
• Support Keeley’s mission, vision, and values.
