Job summary

Dietzler Construction Corp. is seeking a motivated intern in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Engineering for hands-on exposure to heavy civil projects across Colorado.

The role provides real-world experience and a potential transition to full-time after graduation. You will assist with project coordination, estimations, and RFIs, and collaborate with project teams using Microsoft Office and basic construction software.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Project Engineering program.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with construction management tasks, including project coordination and documentation.
• Support estimating activities, such as quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Prepare and track RFIs.
• Research and gather information on quotes, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
