Job summary

Engineered Structures, Inc. (ESI) offers an internship on active construction projects in Meridian, ID. You will work closely with Superintendents, Field Engineers, Project Engineers, and Project Managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to real projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, emphasis in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Must be within two years, or less, of graduation.
• Strong interest in building a career in construction, project management, and learning in a hands-on environment.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution during various phases of construction.
• Support project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, drawing updates, meeting minutes, and related records.
• Assist with field operations and coordination of subcontractors and trade partners.
• Participate in project meetings, jobsite walks, and project-related problem solving.
• Gain exposure to bidding, project management, construction operations, project closeout, and warranty activities.
