Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction or Operations Management, or 2–4 years related experience.
• Ability to learn bids, contracts, and project setup with estimators and managers.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• Understanding of job cost and basic P&L concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage public and private project bids and builds.
• Coordinate asphalt plant operations and yard activities.
• Work with project managers and foremen to prepare for jobs.
• Assist with monthly projections and cost reviews.
