UEC is seeking a motivated undergraduate to join our team in Dallas as an intern, focusing on project management and field operations. You will learn day-to-day project finances, coordination, reporting, and document control while supporting field supervision with safety procedures and quality checks.

You’ll participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, site visits, and networking opportunities, gaining hands-on experience in the construction industry while developing professional

Formación

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
• Degrees in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or Liberal Arts will be considered.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to communicate and influence supervisors, peers, and external partners.
• Genuine interest in the construction industry.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized and detail oriented; able to prioritize and multitask.

Responsabilidades

• Project Management: Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
• Support the project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Field Operations: Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
• Participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.
