Job summary

Tag Conservation in Wayne, NJ is seeking a Construction/Maintenance Worker to perform a range of skilled duties in building trades, including painting, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing to maintain and repair facilities.

You will assist with installation, maintenance, and construction work across carpentry, painting, electrical, locksmithing, and other basic trades; prepare and refinish walls, install or repair carpet, and carry custodial tasks as needed. Salary is based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in building trades or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Willingness to assist with custodial duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and paints walls and woodwork or performs other types of refinish; installs or repairs carpet; performs custodial duties as required
