Job summary

Fullcirclerestoration is seeking a Project Manager in Katy, TX to lead logistics projects from initiation to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, procurement, subcontractors, documentation, and client communications to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time delivery on construction and infrastructure projects.

The role requires reading construction drawings, coordinating trenching, plumbing, electrical work, and building systems; strong MS Office skills; and experience with OSHA safety

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience in commercial and residential projects.
• Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation.
• Experience coordinating field construction activities including trenching, plumbing, electrical, building systems, and equipment installation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, and specifications.
• Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and insurance/client reporting processes.
• Knowledge of OSHA or equivalent safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute project work plans to support successful delivery.
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure safe, on-schedule, and within-budget completion.
• Review drawings, blueprints and site plans.
• Coordinate field activities including trenching, plumbing, electrical work, and equipment installation.
• Procure materials, issue purchase orders, and secure permits and approvals.
• Prepare and manage change orders.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and material deliveries.
• Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and billing files.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure safety standards compliance.
• Provide project updates and address issues related to scope, schedule, cost, and field operations.
• Track budgets, schedules, labor, and deliverables.
• Draft contracts for subcontractors and third-party vendors.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field
