AR Utilities & Excavation in Wisconsin is seeking a dependable Construction Runner / Logistics & Small Equipment Driver to support field crews by delivering materials, tools, parts, and small equipment between jobsites, suppliers, and the yard. The role emphasizes organization, safety, and hands-on work with equipment.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading, operating trucks and trailers, coordinating with project managers, and maintaining paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience pulling and backing trailers.
• Ability to load and secure equipment safely.
• Experience operating skid steers or mini excavators preferred.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, parts, and supplies to jobsites.
• Transport small construction equipment between jobsites and the yard.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment safely.
• Operate company pickup trucks and trailers.
• Assist with moving equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, generators.
• Coordinate daily deliveries with project managers and field crews.
• Maintain delivery tickets and paperwork.
• Perform basic inspections of trucks, trailers, and equipment.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
• Help organize the company yard and tools.
• Report safety concerns immediately.
• Follow DOT requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.
